More than 550 exhibiters from 22 countries attended the 18th edition of the 2012 International Fair in São Paulo, the most important logistics event of South America, held on April 10th through 12th at the Transamerica Expo Center.

At this edition, ABSA Cargo had the opportunity to once again welcome its clients and the general public to present its products and highlight its position in the air transportation market.

Some of the main themes presented by ABSA during the three-day event included the new night air route network operations for the Post Office on the Recife - Guarulhos - Salvador - Recife route using a B767F aircraft; the beginning of two important projects associated with technology, such as e-booking and e-AWB; and the newly inaugurated warehouse in Manaus, which encompasses cutting edge technology and large capacity.

The 18th INTERMODAL - which gathered more than 45,000 visitors, and which was 15% larger than the previous edition - fulfilled its objective of promoting commercial relations and an exchange of knowledge among participants, as well as of generating business opportunities for the industry.
